Total Time 40 minutes

Servings 4

4 tablespoons of oil

300g FreshlyGrounds oyster mushrooms

250g Green Beans

4 sliced Garlic cloves

1/2 teaspoon of Pepper powder

1/4 cup water

1/2 teaspoon of Hoisin sauce

1/2 teaspoon of Hoisin sauce

Shred the Oyster mushrooms into required size and set aside.

Wash, trim the beans and cut them into equal size, then cut these individual beans in half so the seeds are exposed

Place a skillet over low-medium heat and pour a tablespoon of oil.

Let the oil heat, then add the shredded Oyster mushrooms into the pan season with Salt and sauté until the edges of the Mushroom turn brown, 3-5 minutes, this makes the mushroom slightly crunchy.

Once they turn brown, transfer them into a separate bowl, place the same pan over low-medium heat.

Pour two tablespoons of oil into the pan, heat, then add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Mix the Hoisin sauce with water and pour over the sautéed garlic, followed by Beans then pepper, season with Salt if necessary(make sure to add less as the sauce is also salty).

Leave it to simmer and cook the beans until water completely reduced over medium heat.

Once water is completely reduced, add the Mushrooms, mix and cook both ingredients over very low heat for 2-3 minutes. Taste and season with Salt if necessary.

Serve warm.
